Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain financial records, including account analysis, bank reconciliation, and account reconciliation.
- Process accounts payable and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Experience with account analysis, bank reconciliation, and account reconciliation.
- Familiarity with accounts payable processes and procedures.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
