Kingston Gymnastics Club is seeking a full-time Office Administrator
The Kingston Gymnastics Club (KGC) is a recreational and competitive club, and our
primary goal is to ensure that our athletes have a positive gymnastics experience
through child-centered programs that follow the basic principles of healthy child
development. We have dedicated and caring staff that provide excellent coaching
for our athletes and we are run by a volunteer Board of Directors.

About the Position
Kingston Gymnastics Club is looking for a full-time Office Administrator. This position is a full-time permanent position with a guaranteed 35 hours per week, with the potential of up to 40 hours per week depending on clubs needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Office Administrator works on-site in the main office and is responsible for various administrative, financial, communication, and facility duties in conjunction with other KGC Staff and the Board of Directors.
The Office Administrator is the first point of contact for all KGC programs and services. This would include but is not limited to; office reception, light bookkeeping duties, preparation and distribution of memo/notices, registration of participants, and some light cleaning duties, processing fees and reimbursements when required as well
This is a fast-paced position which requires strong organizational, prioritization, communication and customer service skills.
This position will require use of your personal vehicle to make weekly trips to the bank and other various club errands within Kingston. Mileage rate applies.
The position is full-time starting as soon as possible. This position will require full-time availability during the March Break and summer months when camps are in session.

Compensation
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: $25.00 per hour
- Mileage rate: $0.61/KM when required for job specific duties
- Holidays: 10 paid vacation days annually

Qualifications / Requirements:
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a customer services or administrative role.
- Proven track record in a similar position.
- College or University degree in a related field or equivalent is considered an asset.
- 1-year sales experience is an asset, but not required.
- Workplace First Aid with CPR C and AED certification is an asset.
- Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector clearance.
