Overview:
Circelli Steel Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our staff. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong communication skills.
Duties:
- Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer service
- Assist with tracking expenses and preparing reports
- Assist in tracking tender invites and sending out tender quotes
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and assisting with payroll processing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and procedures
Experience:
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with phone systems and handling incoming calls professionally
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and in using Microsoft Outlook
