Sudbury Vacuum is looking for a reliable individual with office experience to work Monday to Friday (Occasional Saturdays may be required) for a maternity leave replacement (approximately 12 months)
Administer:
- Manage phone systems and ensure professional phone etiquette is maintained
- Greet and assist visitors at the front counter
- Warranty claims
- Social media pages
- file and organize documents in an efficient manner
Prepare :
- day end cash reconciliation
- bank deposits
- data entry
- parts, office and shop orders
- paperwork for bookkeeper
Verify & Organize:
- Invoices (customer and vendor)
- accounts receivables and payables
- packing slips
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- QuickBooks knowledge an asset (willing to train)
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
