Office Administrator / Support Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming calls and greet customers
• Develop and maintain data entry and filing systems
• Preparation of invoices as required
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures
• Process management of all warranty registration and maintenance for products
• Costing and tracking of inventory and products
• Directing various administrative duties and requirements
• Act a point of contact for internal and external personnel
• Update and maintain health and safety policies and procedures

• Detail oriented; pays attention to and cares about getting the “small stuff” right
• Demonstrate a customer-focused, positive attitude
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to solve problems effectively, while working alone or with others
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of or the ability to learn QuickBooks Online and Service box programs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
