We are currently seeking an Office Administratorto join us at our Vaughan area office . Our field technicians provide electrical services support to some of the top brands in Canada. You're there to support them. Are you ready for the challenge?

The Position

This is a multifaceted role that involves general office administration, reception, accepting deliveries, and some account administration. Once you've established yourself, we will train you to do perform account management and scheduling duties.

What You Bring to the Table

• previous office administration experience (at least 1 to 2 years' experience)
• you consistently demonstrate initiative and are able to perform tasks as required without prompting
• exceptional work ethic - you're not a clock watcher
• ability to multi-task
• intermediate to advanced MS Office proficiency
• you're known as a solid communicator
• focused on delivering world class customer customer service to your internal and external customers
• experience with scheduling platforms such as Jobber is an asset but not required

Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
