Office Asministratoe
We have an immediate opening for an office sdministrator to join our passionate team and collaborate to create exceptional experiences for our clients.
We are seeking an individual who can interact with customers enthusiastically, and helpfully. Must be personable, understanding, and willing to assist clients when needed. We are looking for a self-driven applicant who can manage their time effectively, can cooperate with co-workers, and will do their absolute best to ensure that clients get the quality experience that is expected.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Answering phones
- Greeting clients
- Ringing clients out
- Helping clients find products
- Booking clients in through social media, over the phone
- Managing our social media pages
- Coordinating staff schedules
- Filing invoices and receipts
- Receiving product shipments and placing orders

Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
9 am - 5 pm or 10 am - 6 pm
- Saturday (once every two weeks)
10 am - 6 pm
Experience:
Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From $58,000.00 per year
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
