Office Administrator

Sole Power Productions, Canada's premier entertainment and audio visual production company is seeking its next Office Administrator.

Who we are: a turnkey event production company that handles both the entertainment (bands, dj's, musicians, specialty performers, talent buying, artist management) along with full service audio visual production (sound, lighting, staging, rigging, video, set design)

What You’ll Do

• Create, edit, send & follow up on client contracts
• Assisting in accounts receivable
• Assisting in staffing needs for client events
• Basic administrative duties; filing, ad hoc projects

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

• administrative assistant: 2 years (preferred)
