Full-time Permanent Office Administrator
Nu-Tech Metals is looking for a self-starting, enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Office Administrator. The successful candidate will have experience in bookkeeping and work with minimal supervision; a criminal background check will also be required.
Responsibilities include:
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- Data entry skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software (Sage 50, proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel).
- Exemplary customer service skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Payroll processing:
- Proofing of weekly timecards.
- Processing payroll through Sage 50.
- Submitting payment via EFT through online banking system.
- Allocation of hours into job sheets.
Accounts Payables:
- Proofing and posting of supplier invoices.
- Monthly payables cheque run.
Accounts Receivables:
- Weekly invoicing of Customer accounts.
- Posting of Customer payments via cheque, EFT, etc.
- Collection of past due accounts.
Monthly Remittances:
- Calculation and submission of EHT, WSIB, HST, Source Deductions, etc.
- Calculation of Union remittances.
Compensation - Based on Experience

Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
