We are seeking a strong, motivated individual for this role; a self-starter that enjoys a challenge. Demonstrating effective communication skills, you will create a collaborative, and positive dialogue with the management team and will supply timely and accurate financial reporting. A College level accounting designation or a strong background in accounting is the recommended requirement for this position. Excellent customer service skills are a must.
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR/BOOKKEEPER – MUSKOKA & PARRY SOUND AREA, ONTARIO
Accounting Duties include:
- Customer service
- Ordering office supplies
- Responding to email and telephone inquiries
- Covering for absent staff
- Prepare bank deposits
- Assist Marina Management as necessary
- Assist the Regional Marketing Manager with Marina activities such as PR events, year end parties etc.
