DUTIES
- Responsible for all bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and account reconciliation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Prepare financial reports and statements as needed
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Provide administrative support to the Department Head, & Accountant
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, Jonas Software is a PLUS.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and vendors
- Previous experience book keeping experience, AR or AP, working in an office setting is required
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling incoming calls, mailing system, processing payments and reconciling accounts
- Good working knowledge of accounting software is required
- Experience as a receptionist or clerk is a preferred
