Office Administrator/Customer Service

Medrehab Group Physiotherapy is looking for a dynamic Front Desk administrator to join our extraordinary team of Physiotherapists, chiropractors and Massage Therapists. The candidate must be able to work in a busy environment creating positive experiences for the other staff and customers.

Duties:

• Front desk
• Greeting customers
• Answering and routing phone calls
• Scheduling and patient management
• Billing and collections
• Intake orientation and data collection
• Calling Insurance companies for coverage details
• Patient retention and follow up calls
• Educating patients on different service offers

Skills and Experience

· Must have completed your education and be able to work full time

· Must be able to work up until 8pm and some Saturdays until 2pm

· Excellent interactive skills and an extrovert

· Previous office and administrative experience

· Previous sales/retail experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)

Experience:

• Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
• Healthcare work: 1 year (preferred)
• Reception: 2 years (required)
