Office Administrator
Job Duties
- Ordering of maintenance and plant consumables (Navision)
- Generating work orders for maintenance on equipment.
- Monitor expenditure against budgets
- Month end reports
- Maintaining and updating all training files and training matrix with all records
- Maintaining all charts, weekly and monthly, and posting in plant and in Plant Manager’s office.
- Scheduling workplace inspections monthly, with involvement of all the Managers on a roster basis and participating personally every 2nd month.
- Attaining JHSC Certification 2 Level
- Create sales variance reports
- Payroll, production and shipping duties.
Requirements
- College/post secondary education
- 3-5 years purchasing experience
- Payroll experience preferred
- Knowledge of MPS/MRP
- Ability to effectively problem-solve
- Team player
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in managing third-party service providers.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Meticulous records keeping and organizational skills
- Experience in bookkeeping and record keeping.
- Basic knowledge of accounting systems, budgets, and internal controls.
- High degree of data entry accuracy.
- Strong moral judgment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
