Office Administrator
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring smooth workflow. This is a key role that requires strong administrative skills, team management abilities, and proficiency in various office software and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all administrative matters
- Manage the front desk, greeting visitors and answering phone calls, scheduling and billing out patients
- Billing/submitting insurance claims
- Perform general administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in using dental softwares
- Experience with phone systems and handling incoming calls
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Prior experience in the dental field
