OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR/RECEPTIONIST
Trillium Architectural Products is a leader in the door and hardware industry. We work with architects, designers and contractors to provide beautiful, functional door openings.
We are seeking a bright, organized individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. This is an in-office position, reporting to the Purchasing Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Providing general support to the Purchasing department, including reviewing purchase orders and acknowledgements for accuracy
- Maintaining stock of office supplies
- Handling incoming mail
- Greeting visitors in our reception area
- Coordinating building maintenance activities
- Maintaining Health and Safety requirements for all employees
- Answering the main phone line and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments/individuals
- Providing general support to Accounting department, including documents for set up and closing of projects
Qualifications:
- Candidates must be organized, cooperative and willing to learn. Accuracy and attention to detail are key to your success in this role. You are proactive, diligent and able to follow standard procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) is required
- Previous experience with corporate receptionist duties is an advantage
- Experience or education in administration, procurement, project management or a field related to construction/architecture is preferred
