Play On Pediatric Therapy is a new, women-lead multidisciplinary pediatric clinic that opened in Barrhaven, Ottawa in the Spring of 2022. The thriving local community has thousands of children and families who we help. As such, we are growing and looking for amazing office administrators who have a passion for working with and helping the incredible team of clinicians that help our pediatric population. We are currently looking to add a mature and experienced, talented, highly motivated customer experience/office administrator who will help us achieve our mission of supporting and empowering kids toward their pursuit of healthy movement and optimal function. The 3000 sq. ft. clinic is filled with natural light, has 7 private assessment/treatment rooms, a spacious reception area, and a welcoming staff room. The most exciting part of our clinic is our 1000 sq. ft. ‘Super Special Fun Gym’ which has lots of equipment and tools for treating kids including: a climbing wall, swings, ropes, balls, mats, climbers, steps, toys, and more.
We are looking for a part-time (with hopes to grow to full-time ) office administrator with experience in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary medical/health clinic to join our team.
