Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring two Office Clerks on a temporary basis on our Home and Building Solutions (HABS) team. This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based in Saskatoon, SK.

What you’ll do:
- Maintain item master file including additions, deletes, and updates.
- Update and maintain item master file pricing.
- Generate necessary reports for suppliers and Category Managers.
- Update and maintain phone and email directory.
- Other duties as required.

The Team: You will work closely with Category Managers, Coordinators, and the Procurement Supervisor, who you will report into. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration and accuracy.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Administration and:
- Have a minimum of one year of related experience.
- Have a Grade 12 diploma plus a recognized one-year business program.
- Are familiar with Microsoft Excel and mainframe applications.
