We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join us as our Office & HR Manager. In this role, you'll lead our administrative team and handle all HR matters, while orchestrating the daily operations that keep our practice running smoothly. With five doctors, a dozen staff members, and a growing list of patients and suppliers, you'll be at the heart of it all.

But we're not looking for just anyone – we want someone who is as passionate about people as we are. Do you have solid office management and HR experience? Are you skilled at organization and team-building? Do you multi-task and problem solve with ease? Are you a strong communicator who leads with vision and direction? If so, you might just be the perfect candidate for this role.

This is a fast-paced position that is much more than managing from behind a desk. You’ll need to roll up your sleeves and dive into every aspect of our practice. From the front desk to the dispensing lab, we believe that understanding all our clinic roles is key to effective leadership of our people and processes. But don't worry – we'll provide all the optical training you need!

Monday - Friday on-site position with regular shifts between 8 am and 5 pm. An occasional evening shift will be required. Four days each week will be spent in our Kingston clinic with one day each week in our New Minas clinic. Excellent salary and benefits.
