Before you continue reading about this opening, you should know there are two non-negotiables to be considered for this position – this is an in-office required job (located in Halifax) so if you want a work-from-home job, or you resent the idea of travelling for work every day, this is not going to be the job for you. You also need to be fluently bilingual in both French and English because this role requires you to communicate effectively in both languages on the phone and in writing. If you match these must haves, then keep on reading!
Our client is a Canadian-owned and operated industry leader in creating innovative loyalty programs and creating memorable customer experiences. If you’re hyper-organized, a natural multitasker and are a great communicator, you might have what it takes to join the team!
Your role in this position is to gain the trust of each customer, remaining vigilant as you guide them through site navigation and their account inquiries or verification issues. You’re great with customers on the phone, but that doesn’t define you. In fact, you make switching between on- and off-phone work look way easier than it is. And in your quest for complete customer resolution, you might even put your detective hat on to hunt down missing information and think of solutions not detailed in your playbook.
