Online Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Friesen Plastics Inc. is a dynamic and innovative family run company. We are expanding our online presence within our Flexible Packaging and Sign, Labels, & Graphics divisions and are seeking a talented Online Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective online marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Design and optimize sales funnels to maximize conversion rates and improve the overall customer journey.
• Manage and curate content for various social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
• Oversee the maintenance and updates of the company website, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and showcases the latest products and information.
• Collaborate with the internal teams to implement website improvements, including user interface enhancements and performance optimizations.
• Ensure the website's SEO strategies are effectively implemented to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with followers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to ensure a cohesive online presence.
• Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, website traffic, and sales funnels, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online marketing, web development, and sales funnel optimization.
• Create compelling and engaging content for various online platforms to attract and retain customers.
• Test and iterate on different elements of sales funnels to enhance user experience and achieve business goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in creating and optimizing online marketing campaigns, sales funnels, and managing websites.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and web analytics tools.
• Experience with website optimization, SEO, and user experience best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and user experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
