Online Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Drive Online Sales through various platforms and channels.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide product information and assistance.
• Manage and update product listings on Online Sales platforms.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive buying experience.
• Utilize data analytics to assess and improve Online Sales performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Online Sales Representative or similar role.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and Online Sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in Online Sales or customer service is preferred.
• Proficient in using Online Sales platforms and CRM software.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: $22.00-$31.19 per hour
