Responsibilities:
- Drive Online Sales through various platforms and channels.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide product information and assistance.
- Manage and update product listings on Online Sales platforms.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive buying experience.
- Utilize data analytics to assess and improve Online Sales performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Online Sales Representative or similar role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and Online Sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in Online Sales or customer service is preferred.
- Proficient in using Online Sales platforms and CRM software.

Salary: $22.00-$31.19 per hour
