```Duties```
- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in various subjects, including but not limited to Math, English, Science, and Social Studies.
- Assess students' learning needs and develop personalized lesson plans to address their specific areas of improvement.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to enhance students' understanding and engagement.
- Monitor students' progress and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians.
- Assist students with homework assignments, test preparation, and study skills development.
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and fosters academic growth.
```Qualifications```
- Experience working with children in an educational setting, such as a classroom or tutoring environment.
- Strong knowledge of the subject matter being taught, as well as the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to students.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with students of different ages and backgrounds.
- Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in order to meet the diverse learning needs of individual students.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple students and subjects simultaneously.
