  • Carry out project management, process mapping, optimization, and implementation.

  • Research industry best practices.

  • Develop presentations to management and frontline staff.

  • Engage operational frontline staff to collect feedback and insights regarding Process Improvement opportunities.

 
 
Qualifications
  • Enrolled in third year in a degree in a related discipline.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • A Valid class 5 Driver's License (or provincial equivalent) with no more than 6 demerits and suspensions or charges pending.
  • Ability to obtain a City of Calgary operator's permit.
  • Success in this position requires excellent communication, strategic relationship building, organizational skills, a strong personal accountability, and a results - oriented mindset.
 
 
Pre-Employment Requirements
  • Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2024.
  • If invited to an interview, you will be asked to provide an unofficial transcript or an enrollment verification letter (indicating the program and year you are currently completing).

Compensation: $27.16 per hour
Days of Work: This position works a 5 day
work week with 1 day off in a 3 week cycle.
Hours of work: Standard 35 hour work week
