What will your typical day look like?

 

Within the Global Confidentiality and Privacy Office, Data Risk Assessment Services (DRAS) provide data risk assessments and guidance for business processes, services and technologies across Deloitte Global. You will play a key role in operations to enable and support the Global Data Risk Assessment Service. 

 

  • Enabling and facilitating operational processes to support Confidentiality and Privacy data risk assessments
  • Monitor and action incoming work received via shared email box and other platforms utilized by Global Confidentiality & Privacy, such as ServiceNow
  • Effectively update materials and resources such as used in the tracking and monitoring of workflow
  • Participate in the development and/or support of Global Confidentiality & Privacy special projects
  • Produce reports and other management information to help inform work status and performance
  • Work with technology Service Teams and Member Firm Data Risk Leaders to facilitate the flow of information between stakeholders
  • Help manage and contribute to internal team meeting materials
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, work collaboratively with internal stakeholders where appropriate to share ideas  
  • Escalate issues in a timely manner to the appropriate person and/or team
  • Build presentations for internal and external audiences, including senior leadership
  • Support the development of presentations and leadership reporting
  • Other project-based work across Global Confidentiality and Privacy Office

Global Risk & Brand Protection protects, preserves and enhances the Deloitte brand. We navigate the dynamic risk landscape across the areas of risk management, confidentiality & privacy, cyber security oversight, regulatory, independence & conflicts, and Anti-Corruption/financial crimes. We foster trusting relationships across the Deloitte network through collaboration, facilitation and responsive guidance.

  • Min of 2 years of experience
  • Client interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships and manage stakeholders
  • Ability to work under own initiative and effectively prioritise workloads
  • Understanding of project management processes, and the ability to proactively manage key deliverables
  • Demonstrable command of the MS Office Suite
  • Data management or project management experience
  • Committed team player
  • Problem solving skills with an analytical mind set
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in data gathering 
     

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
