The Global Data & Analytics Platform Team is seeking a Manager, Technical Enablement within CID&A which is part of Corporate Functions. Reporting to the Director, this role will support with the processing and management of our vendor contracts and invoicing.
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
Vendor Contract Management
• Ensure the team follows the proper process when engaging 3rd party suppliers.
• Participate in RFP.
• Create and manage project plan.
• Assist in putting together questionnaires.
• Manage Statement of Work throughout the approval process
• Maintain status of active Statement of Work, Master Service Agreement, Amendments and Renewals
• Work closely with Procurement and Third-Party Risk Management teams to resolve issues and move contracts forward in a timely fashion.
• Ensure Procurement is kept informed of upcoming engagements.
• Lead weekly meetings to discuss issues and concerns and log minutes and action items.
• Work with suppliers to resolve outstanding issues.
• Work with Finance to ensure funding is available.
• Ensure Business Lines and Technical team are aware of expiring contracts.
• Maintain and update Vendor Management processes.
• Update process and reference documents as needed.
• Work with Procurement and Third-Party Risk Management teams to look for improvements to existing processes.
Invoicing
• Assist the Senior Manager with the invoicing process.
• Maintain status of outstanding invoices/statement of work, and contracts.
• Meet with Vendors regarding updates and issues.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have experience with:
• You are a go-getter and resourceful.

• You can work independently with little supervision as well as with a team.
• 5+ years in a Project Coordinator or "Lead" role in some capacity leading, managing and tracking project artifacts against their milestones and key dates.
• You are familiar with vendor and contract management.
• You are comfortable chasing down deliverables from many cross functional teams with competing priorities.
• You can work with ambiguity.
• You have a passion working with data.
• You have a university degree in some technical or business-related field.
• You have excellent analytics and problem-solving skills.
• You are beyond organized with excellent communication skills.
