Job description

Responsibilities
1.Monitor tools, dashboards, and ticket queues.
2.Answer calls and incoming incident tickets
3.Acknowledge, triage, dispatch, communicate, record detail, escalate, and resolve incidents as needed
4.Internal and external stakeholder communications
5.Support maximum availability and performance of client applications (e-Transfer, debit network, etc)
6.Work closely with application and infrastructure support teams to resolve incidents
7.Work closely with application and infrastructure support teams to monitor and validate change activities
8.Contribute to problem and root cause analysis investigations and reports
9.Contribute to team documentation creation/maintenance
