Stone Road Family Dental, conveniently located in the Stone Road Mall, is seeking an outgoing, energetic Dental Front Desk/Operations Administrator to join our wonderful team. We are a flourishing, busy office, family friendly medical clinic. The ideal candidate enjoys all facets of front office administration/general reception duties, can multi-task efficiently and will bring a positive overall energy to complement our friendly environment.
HOURS
- Full - Time (Permanent)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering, managing and triaging phone inquiries
- Scheduling and confirming dental appointments
- Coordinating with dental specialists
- Dealing with insurance companies and processing insurance claims
- Maintaining a productive work schedule and patient flow for Dentists and Hygienists
- Respond to email inquiries, maintain the client database and contribute to the delivery of high quality patient care
- Daily clerical duties
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team
- Well-developed organizational and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated,energetic and resourceful
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work with confidentiality and professionalism
- Working knowledge of client management dental software (specifically Dentrix) would be considered an asset
- Experience is not required, but is an asset
- Service oriented
