Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative, treatment coordinating or front desk role is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
