Treatment Coordinator & Hyg Coordinator

Currently Part-time or Full-time Dental Treatment Coordinator/Concerige we offer flexible hours.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival at the dental office
- Collect and update patient information in electronic medical records
- Schedule and confirm appointments for dental treatments
- Provide patients with information about treatment options, costs, and insurance coverage
- Assist with financial arrangements and payment processing
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment

We are currently looking to fill a position for a Dental Treatment Coordinator/Concerige who will be part of our amazing team. You will represent our dental practice at our front desk and be part of a highly capable and dynamic administrative team supporting our clinic’s operations.

The perfect candidate for this role will be a highly organized and personable individual with a strong customer/patient focus.

The position schedule will be include day, afternoon & evening shifts. It is our expectation that you will work a range of these shifts including some weekends.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
