SalaryOur well established and family owned practice is seeking an enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator !
Attention to detail, integrity, and accountability are needed to succeed in this role.
Excellent communication, customer service and presentation skills are a must!
The successful applicant should be experienced and confident with explaining treatment options to pts for a variety of procedures, including risks, outcomes and benefits. Knowledgeable utilizing visual aids, and strive to instill value in the services being recommended. Ensure comprehensive documentation of the above in the clinical record.
Knowledgeable in all aspects of dental administration, insurance billing, co-ordination of benefits, obtaining and explaining ins. plan coverage, sending and receiving pre-D's, applying payments, completing day end procedures, F/A's, and consulting with pts.
Two or more years experience working in a North American dental office.
This position is FT with some flexibility. 36 - 40 hrs per week. Monday to Friday. No weekends.
