SalaryUxbridge Dental Office seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join our Dental Family and continue long-term growth within our practice!
Position duties:
-Start of administrative work to understand operations and training
-- Greet and welcome patients to the dental office
-- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
-- Collect and verify patient insurance information
-- Assist patients in completing necessary paperwork
-- Maintain and update electronic medical records
-Assistance of management duties such as:
--Administrations,
--Management of Patients,
--Management of staff (hiring, interviewing), etc
-Treatment Coordinating
-- Provide patients with information about treatment options and financial arrangements
-- Coordinate treatment plans with dental providers and specialists
-- Follow up with patients to ensure they understand their treatment plans and answer any questions they may have
Hours are:
Mondays, Tuesdays 9-6pm
Wednesdays flexible,
Thursdays 11-8pm
1 Friday per month, 1 Saturday per month 9-3pm
These hours can change for more flexibility with growth
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic medical records systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
