Experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator/Front Desk/Receptionist
(ONLY with Prior Experience)
We are looking for an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator / Front Desk to join our team! Must truly enjoy engaging with patients and fully understand all aspects of dentistry. Excellent communication skills and prior experience are a must!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients, check them in, and assist with forms.
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office's calendar.
- Answer phone calls and emails, addressing patient inquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient records and verify insurance coverage.
- Handle financial transactions and billing processes.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Assist with treatment coordination and follow-up care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as filing and correspondence.
- Requirements: Friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in dental practice management software.
- Complete all pre-determinations and follow up with patients.
- Communicate effectively with the Team.
- Participate in the morning huddles with the administrative team.
- Schedule consultations/ treatment with patients
- Achieve monthly/ annual production targets determined by the office.
Qualification:
- Must be organized, professional and reliable.
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with dental procedures, their benefits, and risks
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative role
- Previous experience in a Dental Treatment Coordinator or Dental Administrator
- Must be able to effectively communicate and educate patients on recommended treatment as well as present comprehensive treatment plans with the help of a Dentist.
- Must be available in 2 Evenings and Alternate Saturdays.

- Previous experience working in a dental office as a treatment coordinator
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
