Dental Receptionist

Established dental office in Stouffville is looking for a Full Time Dental Administrator / Receptionist. We are looking to grow our family, and looking for that individual who is willing to grow with us.The ideal candidate will be a hard working professional that is a self-starter with excellent time management skills, a great attitude, and works well in a team environment.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Coordinating existing patient care and other visits.
• Coordinating new patients care and scheduling them in with the hygienists and dentists.
• Administering patients financial needs such as insurance claims, collecting and posting payments, etc.
• Making sure every patients and appointments financials are discussed and handled before appointment date.
• Other reception and administrative duties as required.
• Qualifications and Skills
• Being tech-savvy is an asset - we are a digital office and we rely on sound computer knowledge to administer our systems and processes.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Hours and DaysRequired Education, Skills and Qualifications

• Some evenings and Saturdays are required.
• Experience with dental reception and treatment coordination is an asset
