Dental Receptionist

Dentistry on Queenston - a friendly, progressive dental office in Hamilton Stoney Creek is hiring an experienced, mature front desk Dental Receptionist.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic admin duties and filing
• Professionally answer phone calls and emails
• Greet patients and visitors courteously
• Effectively manage recalls and accurately manage patient database
• Schedule appointments and ensure that the day is full, with limited gaps
• Charge for treatments
• Follow-up on and process insurance claims
• Perform other tasks as assigned
• Should be willing to learn, will train

Qualifications:

• Reception/Admin dental experience is a must
• Knowledge of processing insurance claims
• Maturity required
• Excellent people and team skills
• Knowledge of Open Dental an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22 – 30 per week
