The McManes Automotive Group is seeking a Front Parts Specialist to join the Mercedes-Benz Country Hills team! Your customer service and retail sales experience would be an asset to this role. In addition to assisting customers with their parts needs, the “front of house” role you will be the face and key in person contact for our retail parts and lifestyle collection. The Mercedes-Benz collection shares the brilliance of our amazing vehicles, beautifully designed and perfectly engineered. From apparel to travel gear and other luxury items, the Mercedes-Benz collection lets our customers express their passion wherever they go. Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by phone or over the counter offering consistent, high levels of service
- Promptly meet and greet parts customers and listen to requests for certain parts and accessories
- Offer and evaluate solutions in parts and accessories aligning with customer needs
- Provide accurate quotes for all parts or accessories recommended
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of inventory - parts, accessories, and lifestyle products
- Manage and drive sales of lifestyle collection products to retail dealership customers
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
- Look up and locate parts in inventory or order parts from suppliers
- Assist in preparing for, and counting of physical inventory
- Comply with required health and safety regulations
- Assists other staff in department and performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- CDK DMS Experience preferred
- Automotive dealership background and/or Parts experience
- Sales oriented and team player
- High end luxury automotive parts knowledge an asset
- Must wear CSA approved steel toed shoes

- Able to deliver great customer experiences in a technical environment
- Good organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication skills that let you converse freely and comfortably with retail customers
- Attention to detail in all areas of work
- Able to work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently
Position Description:
