Who are we seeking?
We seek an experienced full-time Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our well-established, fast-paced practice. This position offers competitive rates, attractive benefits, and the potential for future career growth within our organizationon.

Responsibilities:

• Present treatment plans and work out financial agreements.
• Complete all pre-determinations for major work and follow up with patients.
• Communicate effectively with the Team.
• Participate in the morning huddles with the administrative team.
• Schedule consultations/ treatment with patients
• Achieve monthly/ annual production targets determined by the office.
• Must be organized, professional and reliable.
• Knowledge of dental terminology
• Experience with Abeldent would be considered an asset.

Qualification:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with dental procedures, their benefits, and risks
• Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative role
• Previous experience in a Dental Treatment Coordinator or Dental Administrator
• Must be able to effectively communicate and educate patients on recommended treatment as well as present comprehensive treatment plans with the help of a Dentist.
• Must be available in the Evenings and some Saturdays.
