We are seeking a dedicated, personable, proficient, passionate and professional Dental Treatment Coordinator. Considered Candidates will have the following:
- 5+ years Dental Experience
- Strong Emotional Intelligence & Excellent Listening Skills
- HARP Certification preferred but not required
- Post-secondary dental education an asset
- High degree of organizational skills
- Professional communication skills with patients and colleagues
- Comfort with financial conversations
- Desire to grow as a professional and take on new skills
- Ability to switch focus regularly while completing tasks efficiently and effectively
- Possess a team mindset and inspire positivity
- Basic comfort/literacy with technology - experience with ClearDent & RecallMax is an asset
- Self-Motivated and Customer Service Oriented
- An outgoing, friendly disposition
