Treatment Coordinator / Office Administrator

Duties include any and all aspects of dental reception such as;

- Answering phones

- Booking appointments/filling the schedule

- Discussing treatment with patients

- Addressing patient issues and concerns

- Communicating with insurance providers

- Submitting and following pre-determinations

- Maintaining inventory

- Billing and reports

- Dealing with emergencies and unforeseen circumstances as they arise, whether during or outside of business hours.
