Treatment Coordinator

Kingston Orthodontics is seeking an individual to join our team as a full-time orthodontic Treatment Coordinator.

As a Treatment Coordinator in our office, you will be responsible for navigating patients and families through the beginning stages of orthodontic treatment. A passion for your work should shine through your smile as you welcome new faces to the practice and form lasting relationships. Patience and confidence to communicate treatment options and logistics is a must. Discussing finances, coordinating with referring offices, patient follow-up, scheduling, multi-tasking, thinking fast, and creating an overall great experience are all part of the job description.
