Treatment Coordinator

Schedule - Monday to Thursday, 8:40am to 5:00pm

Location: Ajax & Bowmanville

Duties:

• Greets all new patients and takes all new images including photos, Pans, cephs and Iterro scans
• Responds to a variety of inquiries via email and phone; transferring calls to the appropriate staff member when required
• Gathers appropriate information from new patient calls
• Coordinate with insurance and answer inquiries as well as taking payments
• Consult with patients and parents
• Conduct patient follow-up calls and re-books
• Present financials and review contracts with new patients
• Prepare letters for doctors and obtain signatures
• Assists and acts as back for reception
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Sales experience is a plus
• Dental Assistant Level II and NDAEB certification are an asset
