Summary:
Vitafoam Products Canada (Vancouver), a division of VPC Group Inc., is looking for permanent full-timeProduction Workersto support its manufacturing operation in Delta, BC for Afternoon shift.
Afternoon Shift - Monday to Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm
The ideal candidate must demonstrate/possess the following skills, abilities and competencies:
- Understand and adhere to health and safety policies and procedures
- Assemble/adhere components to create finished products according to customer specifications and expected quality
- Must know how to use Measuring Tape and Tools
- Prepare products and orders for distribution
- Understand and adhere to on-time-delivery parameters
- Identify/implement process improvement ideas
- Use baler to compact excess material.
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 20 kg
Requirements:
- Must have a reliable method of transportation
- Must have a positive attitude and value working well as an integral part of a team
- Must demonstrate an ability to learn quickly and apply learning in day to day processes
