Production Worker

About the Role:

Are you looking to get your hands on deck of a growing team and company? We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking Production Worker to join our Production team. Our Production Worker is a great entry position into the world of manufacturing, with lots of room for growth! We are hiring at our Mitchell Island location at 11300 Twigg Place on a variety of shifts:

• Monday-Friday, 12:00AM-7:00AM - work 32.5 hours and get paid 40 hours!
• Tuesday-Friday, 1:15PM-11:45PM - enjoy a 3-day weekend!
• Saturday-Monday, 1:00PM-1:30AM - work 36 hours and get paid 40 hours (BONUS of 4 hours), enjoy a 4-day weekend!

Compensation:

The typical hiring range for this position is $17.50-20.00/hour.

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure that materials are labeled correctly and accurately
• Restack finished and stripped product as required
• Support 5S, Lean Manufacturing and all continuous improvement initiatives
• Help monitor production waste, work as part of a team to find root causes for defective and follow best practices to improve quality
• Ensure the production area is kept clean and orderly at all times
• Perform other manufacturing projects/duties as requested by the production supervisor
