Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Check patients in and out, collect payments, and verify insurance information
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, and photocopying
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience working in an office or receptionist role preferred But not necessary
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Exceptional Telephone skills is a must
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Proficiency in English Language
- Must be willing to work hard and strive to achieve best results

Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
