- Cashing out customers and reviewing with them their invoices in detail as needed
- Greeting customers promptly in person and on the phone
- Ability to provide excellent customer service experiences consistently
- Provide consistent feedback related to daily activities and observations
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and make decisions quickly
- Automotive knowledge required
- Ability to use quick books software
- Experience working both client facing interaction and on the telephone
- Comfortable creating a positive customer experience and interacting with staff at all levels
- Listening to customers service requests and relaying info to technician in a clear matter
- Preparing estimates for work to be performed
- Giving periodic updates to the customer as to the status of their vehicle repair
- Ability to work as part of a team, ability to multitask during busy times, able to work a 40-50 hours as required
