Seeking talented, energetic, tech-savvy receptionist/administrative assistant for a growing Real Estate office. Candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a courteous, positive service-oriented office environment. Having previous receptionist experience in a Real Estate environment is an asset.
Excellent phone manner, customer service, learning based, excellent problem-solving skills, great attention to details, highly organized, able to work independently.
Hours are on a rotating shift; evenings and weekends, at our multiple locations.
Our brokerage has multiple locations which service areas in Mississauga, Georgetown, Oakville, and Orangeville.
Front desk reception experience preferred.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
