We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated part time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact in the office. We value the first impression that is represent to our company. The primary duties of this position include provide support for the agents, clients and management. The Front desk Administrator is responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of the Front Desk operations. Incumbents in this job may perform all or portions of the following duties and responsibilities.
The ideal candidate would be friendly, service oriented, highly organized and enjoy working with a team in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones, confirm appointments, input messages using Broker Bay (cloud-based software)
- Greet clients/walk-ins in a positive and professional manner
- Broker Load – input new listings to MLS, upload photos, scan documents, process new listing documents (price changes, extensions), etc., enter listing information and appointment instructions into Broker Bay
- Offers – preparation of offers, amendments, waivers, and other related forms/ documents
- Help with duties such as typing, appointment desk/phones, assisting agents with feature sheets, draft letters, and preparing other documents
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Working Knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel), email and Google Suite.
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent organization & time management skills
- Exceptional customer service skills, including excellent telephone manner
- Fluent in both oral and written English, Cantonese or Mandarin speaking is considered an asset
- Neat, clean, professional appearance
