Oxygen Yoga & Fitness is hiring a part time Front Desk Receptionist. At Oxygen Yoga & Fitness, we challenge our members to make lifestyle changes to better their health, wellness and personal growth. We help members achieve an overall balance, a healthy lifestyle and we create positive changes in people’s lives. Our team of inspiring individuals will motivate our members to achieve their personal best in all of their endeavours. From the moment our members walk through the door they will feel welcomed into the Oxygen Yoga & Fitness community.
Responsibilities of our Front Desk Receptionist
- Provides excellent customer service
- Provides great rapport with all members
- Conducts tours of our facility
- Can conduct telephone inquires and make welcome calls
- Promote and sell memberships to potential new members and renew or up-sell memberships to current members
- Is knowledgeable on Oxygen Yoga’s pricing and sales promotions
- Is responsible for developing sales skills
- Follows and understands Oxygen Yoga’s sales process
- Team player who will maintain a positive relationship with the rest of the staff
- Complete training on Mindbody software
- Organized work space
- Assisting with additional daily administrative tasks as required
Qualifications of our Front Desk Receptionist
- Has passion for health and fitness
- Preferred strong sales experience
- Has exceptional communication skills and is confident in their sales approach
- High school completion
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 25 per week
