SalaryDuties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct probelms to the appropriate person or department
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services and policies
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing documents
- Assist with data entry tasks, model scanning, transfering and maintain accurate records
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
- Proficient in using QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment
- Dental receptionist experience is a plus
