Front Desk Receptionist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar
- Check patients in and out, collect payments, and verify insurance information
- Assist with data entry, filing, and organizing patient records
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Provide administrative support to the dental team as needed

Qualifications:
- Proficient in using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other computerized systems
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a dental office is preferred
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
