We are seeking Operations Manager/ Accounting Admin for one of our clients in Scarborough, ON. Our client is seeking an individual who wishes to grow their career as a key teammate in Accounting, Office Administration, and Human Resources
Ideal candidates will have expertise in both numbers and communications, while managing tasks that include:
- Bookkeeping
- Accounts Receivable & Payable
- Payroll administration
- Bank reconciliation
- Strategic planning
- Administrative duties
- General office management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business related field i.e., Accounting, Finance, Business
Administration, Economics, etc.
- Must be fluent in English, both verbally and written
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Proficient in accounting software applications
- Excellent interpersonal / teamwork and communication skills

- Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel and email
- Ability to adapt to and learn new software
- Able to work efficiently as a part of a team, as well as independently
